Interpersonal ist wie gut man mit anderen Leuten klarkommt, intrapersonal wie gut mit sich selber - jetzt mal grob vereinfacht.

Und wie sehr man auf sich selbst konzentriert ist. Bezieht man Dinge eher auf sich und löst sie indem man sie mit sich in Verbindung setzt, in sich hineinschaut, dann intrapersonal.
